Cancellation Policy

Delivery Policy

For software services and SaaS products, delivery is completed electronically upon granting access to the respective platform or application. Access credentials and setup instructions are sent to the registered email address within the agreed timeframe.

For trading of physical goods, delivery timelines, shipping methods, and associated costs will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We strive to ensure timely delivery but are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for software services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a service fails to perform as described and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a full or partial refund may be issued at the discretion of IR Technologies and Traders.

For physical goods, refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or does not match the description. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Return Policy

Physical goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Software and digital products, once delivered and accessed, cannot be returned unless there is a verified technical defect that prevents their intended use.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for physical goods may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Software subscriptions may be cancelled as per the signed agreement between both parties. Cancellation of the agreement will incur a minimum charge of 10,000 PKR if the buyer wishes to cancel. No claim can be charged to IR Technologies and Traders under any condition.
